Refund policy
At DRFT, we follow a No Return / No Refund policy.
We offer exchange only for size issues, subject to the conditions below.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which allow sellers to define their return, refund, and exchange terms clearly before purchase.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer size exchange only if:
* Request is raised within 3 days of delivery
* Product is:
* Unused and unwashed
* Free from sweat, odour, stains, or mark.
* In resellable condition
Requests that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
* Used or worn products
* Washed products
* Discounted or sale items
* Custom-made / made-to-order products
* Socks, base layers, Cap
Defective / Wrong Product
As per Indian consumer protection guidelines, if you receive:
* A damaged product,
* A manufacturing defect, or
* A wrong item,
you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video.
After verification, we will offer:
* Free replacement, or
* Store credit, if replacement is not available
No cash refund will be provided.
Exchange Process
1. Email Drft08.club@gmail.com with:
* Order number
* Requested size
* Product photos
2. After approval, ship the product to our address.
3. Reverse shipping cost is to be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange will be processed after quality inspection.
Stock Availability
* Exchange is subject to size availability
* If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
* Store credit is valid for 6 months and cannot be converted to cash
